★貴賓禮包 優先進場購買權利僅限一次，第二次入內購物，請於17:00之後和其它票區一起排隊。 

★建議18:00 開始整隊的票區，請提早17:00前來排隊購物與寄物。

👿購物現場請仔細確認商品內容和尺寸，演出日之後，不予退換貨。

進場需知

★ 所有進場觀眾需經過⮕Zepp 1F前場入口安全檢查後，⮕於排隊處，依“票券序號”排隊。

★排隊順序如下，請各票區觀眾依照順序前來，太早來，無法協助整隊進場。

★各梯次開始進場後，尚未前來整隊，表示持票者放棄進場序號的權利，敬請依照工作人員指示，排在隊伍最後端進場。

安全規則

👿 進場進行安檢。

👿 禁止攜帶任何食物和瓶裝飲料進入Zepp前廳。

👿 場內吧檯販賣飲品，禁止攜帶含飲料液體的瓶罐進入演藝廳、僅限使用紙杯帶進演藝廳，請自行將飲料倒進紙杯，並斟酌購買的飲用量。

👿 禁止演出時未經同意之專業攝影機、相機、手機長時間攝影和拍照。(藝人要求)

👿 攜帶個人包包或背包進場，會影響個人和他人觀賞的權益，敬請事先寄放置物櫃，再行進場。(小包請勿超過A4大小)亦不得隨意置放地上，遺失恕不負責。

票券

👿 票券遺失不補發。

👿 票券不得自行撕毀，不得憑票根進場。

👿 進場再出場，離開Zepp前廳再進場，需憑蓋章和票根進場。

Zepp寄物櫃 / 大型行李寄物

👿 維護他人權益，請勿攜帶大型包包進場，請在演出前存放投幣置物櫃。

👿 請不要攜帶包包、物品進入場內，置放任何地方，若遺失恕不負責。

👿 寄物限大型行李，請勿寄放金錢和貴重物品，寄放物品之後，請勿隨意領取包包或再寄放。

👿 演出結束領取寄物，工作人員只認寄物號碼牌，不認人。

注意事項

👿 藝人不收受任何禮物，現場人員不會代轉交。

👿 請禮讓身障、敬老、弱小進場。

👿 敬請觀眾進場前，先使用洗手間，以免喪失進場第一時間所站位置。

演出規範

👿禁止任何影響其它觀眾欣賞權利的行為，如持有手燈之類，敬請配合，以利節目演出。

👿Stage Diving (跳水) 等遊戲，您將觸犯公共安全條例。

👿在2樓座位處站立，禁止從二樓往下跳，或登上舞台。

★To save your time, please line up in the order of your VIP Package ticket number. If your number is #150 and higer, and please join the queue  after 16:00.

★ VIP Package Priority Line-Up is available for merch only once. 2nd time you need to join the all kinds tickets merch queue.

★ Guests with an 18:00 entry time should better join the merch queue at 17:00 .

★ Locker / Deposite: Personal belonging, Backpack, Merch, please do not take any bag over A4 into the venue.

★ Please check your items and sizes carefully. No returns or exchanges after the performance day.

Safety 

👿 Bag checks before entry.

👿 No outside food, bottles, or canned drinks allowed in the venue.

👿 Drinks sold at Zepp Hall do not be brought in with bottles or cans. Please use paper cups instead. 

👿 Professional recording, photography, video recording, and cellphone recording/photos are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Please understand this is the artist’s request.

👿 Do not bring large bags into the venue. Please store them in lockers before showtime.

Tickets

👿 No reissued for loss tickets.

👿 Do not tear the tickets yourself, and they are not allowed to be entered.

👿 Re-enter: The ticket is always with you. You will get a stamp on your hand when you leave the venue temporary. Please show the stamp when you re-entry the venue. If you lost your ticket, and you will not allowed to entry.

Zepp Locker / Merch Zone Large Luggage Deposite 

👿 Do not bring large bags to the second floor, please store them in coin lockers. 

👿 Please do not place personal belongings in the venue to avoid loss.

👿 Large Luggage Only! Please do not deposite money and valuables. After depositing, please do not pick them up or deposite it again.

👿 Get the luggage, the staff will only recognize the number card of the luggage, but not the person.

👿 Artists will not accept any presents.

👿 Please allow people with disabilities, elderly and the weak to enter the venue with kindness.

Concert Rules

👿 No light stick in the show.

👿 Stage Diving are prohibited, you will be violating public safety regulations.

👿 No jumping game and standing behind your seats on second floor, go on stage is prohibited, too.
